We want you to be happy with your purchases! We check each item very carefully for damage but sometimes we miss minor issues. If we have missed something large we will issue a refund after recieving the item. If we miss something small we are hesitant to refund but are open to discussing it with you. We are not a catalog mail order company. Please do not purchase 10 items with the intent on keeping one and returning the others. If multiple items are being returned, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund. Sizing is not a valid reason for returning an item. We go out of our way to get the most accurate measurements possible so please check them against an item you already own. Many items we sell need some alterations to fit right - please consider these things before you purchase! Seasonal and special event items are not returnable (prom, holiday, wedding, etc.) Patterns and "AS IS" items are also not returnable. You must contact us within 24 hours of recieving your item to start the process and the item must be recieved within 6 days via the same process it shipped out (USPS Priority Mail.) Upon our receiving the package, a refund will be mailed next day for the full amount of the item, less any shipping charges. |
